At Zopifo, we want you to be delighted with your order. However, if things don’t go as expected, we’ve created a return and refund process that’s clear, fast, and respectful of your time.
You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Certain items—like customized goods, clearance items, or products that pose hygiene risks—may not qualify for return.
Before returning anything, please email our team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without this number, we cannot guarantee that your return will be accepted or processed promptly.
After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days. Please note that return shipping fees and any applicable restocking costs may be deducted.
Products purchased during promotions are returnable but only at the price paid during checkout.
If you wish to exchange an item, such as switching sizes or colors, we’re happy to help. Contact us early to check availability. You may need to cover additional shipping or price differences.
Carefully package returns with all accessories, tags, and manuals included. The RA number should be clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. Use a reliable courier with tracking.
Return shipping is generally at the customer’s expense unless there’s a shipping error or the product arrived damaged. Restocking fees may apply for certain product categories.
